What we need

Graduate Scheme
We’re not looking for a specific degree; we’re looking for ambitious individuals that jump at the idea of working in a fast-paced environment and getting results. If your degree is 2:1 or above, you’ve got 6-12 months’ work experience (full-time or part-time) and you’ve got strong written and verbal communication skills, you’re already on the right track. What matters most is your attitude, drive and mindset.
Industry Placement
Develop work-related skills and gain professional experience by being involved in real life projects and learning from talented, experienced professionals. Ideally, you’ll be on track for a 2:1, have a minimum of 6 months’ work experience (full-time or part-time) and have strong written and verbal communication skills. The most important thing is your determination, ambition and willingness to learn.
Apprenticeship
A UP apprenticeship allows you to earn as you learn. We’ll position you for success, foster your professional development and find your purpose. For our degree apprenticeship, you’ll need 6 GCSEs 5/C or above, including English and Maths.
