Join Ultimate Products’ 2026 Graduate Development Scheme and start your career within our Operations team, where you’ll work on high-impact projects that directly support the smooth, safe and efficient running of our business. This pathway is ideal for graduates who enjoy planning, problem-solving, collaboration and seeing projects through from concept to completion.

Our Graduate Development Scheme provides a structured and hands-on introduction to the business, combining real-world experience with training, mentoring and clear progression routes. You’ll gain exposure to senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams and live projects from an early stage-helping you build confidence and capability as a project management professional.

Your Role-Operations & Project Management

As part of our Operations team, you’ll support and lead a variety of internal projects focused on modernisation, efficiency, compliance and employee wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include:

This role offers excellent exposure to project governance, stakeholder management and operational decision-making, with opportunities to build practical project management skills from day one.
