Key Responsibilities
As Graduate Customers Services Specialist you will ensure all inbound customer queries are handled promptly and effectively over the phone and via a live chat system. You will also help to manage replacement parts stock levels and identify patterns in product reviews, reporting back to key departments including QA, Merchandising and Buying. This role is suited to hard working candidates with a good ability to multitask.
