On Thursday 30th November 2023, Ultimate Products issued a product recall notice on the DC Adaptor which is supplied with the Beldray Revo Cordless Vacuums / Salter Hand Vacuum Cordless (UK & Ireland Only)
This defect affects all adaptors supplied since Jan 2020; BS DC Adaptor Model Number: TYBSDC1400500
