Our Graduate Development Scheme has turned 10! Over 170 members of UP staff are alumni of or are currently completing the Graduate Scheme, making it one of the largest schemes in the Northwest.
The energy and dynamism our graduates bring has been pivotal to our growth over the years and we’re immensely proud to see how many talented graduates have progressed at UP, with over 50 having received a promotion during their time at the company.
